Mike Pruente
Mike is the President of Business Transformation Services at WG Consulting. He has over 15 years of experience in building and leading teams in the Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Contingent Workforce areas. Mike is recognized for his ability to leverage Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Contingent Workforce Leading Practices into fit for purpose solutions for multiple fortune 500 companies. He is a certified Contingent Workforce Professional by Staffing Industry Analysts and has strong industry experience and interpersonal skills to deliver the most challenging projects and programs. He is focused on building high performance teams with proven skills to enable and support growing organizations. He has led large scale projects at Molina Healthcare, City of Hope, Waste Management, Shell Oil and ConocoPhillips. His core expertise includes extensive experience gathering business requirements, developing executive level business cases, category management, strategic sourcing, Supply Chain optimization, risk mitigation, organizational change management, business process redesign, project planning and project management.
Shawn Shackleford
Shawn serves as the Executive Vice President in the Business Transformation Services (BTS) group at WG Consulting. He brings over 16 years of experience in the Supply Chain field focused on strategic sourcing, strategy development and leading dynamic teams. Shawn has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies and has experience in the energy and construction sectors. He has developed and implemented category management strategies for drilling & completion services, hydrocarbons, marketing materials, and construction categories of spend. Shawn brings several years of leadership experience and a proven track record of sustainable business results.
Natalie Dilivio
Natalie is the VP of Human Capital & Outsourced Solutions, within the Business Transformation Services (BTS) division at WG Consulting. As a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP), she has over 7 years of experience within the Staffing and Workforce Management industry. Throughout her career, Natalie has gained extensive experience building and managing Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs for several clients, including Fortune 500, global companies. Most notably, she has worked with clients to implement key deliverables ranging from MSP/VMS implementations, supplier management initiatives, client business reviews, personnel training, program compliance monitoring, cost savings management, and talent acquisition reporting and analysis. Always leading with a client-first mentality, Natalie is data-centric, results-driven, and an advocate for her portfolio of clients as they work toward Total Talent Management of their workforces.
Melissa Gonzalez
Melissa is an MSP Manager with extensive experience managing the day-to-day operations of contingent workforce programs for assigned clients. Her experience encompasses full life-cycle requisition management within VMS systems with a focus on candidate quality, time-to-fill, cost savings, and compliance. Melissa has strong experience supporting nation-wide, high-volume accounts and providing excellent customer service. She has extensive experience partnering with staffing agencies, hiring managers, internal recruitment teams, and internal program stakeholders to meet and exceed hiring needs.
Emily Griffin
Emily is the VP of Program Implementations within the Business Transformation Services (BTS) division. She has over 9 years of experience in the talent management and contingent workforce space. Emily has a wide range of expertise tied to the industry, including contingent workforce total program management, program compliance, new program implementation, reporting and analytics gathering/development, enact ability to grow and maintain business relationships, and personnel training and development. Outside of traditional MSP/VMS leadership opportunities, Emily has served in a handful of project management roles, and client solutioning roles, bringing a unique and well-rounded industry perspective to the BTS practice.
Paige Heisser
Paige is a Senior Manager of Business Transformation Services (BTS) at WG Consulting. She brings 10 years of experience in the Supply Chain field focused on strategic sourcing, strategy development, process improvement and manufacturing. Paige has worked with Fortune 500 companies and has experience in the automotive and aerospace sectors. She has developed and implemented category management strategies for various manufactured goods. Paige brings several years of leadership experience and a proven track record of sustainable business results.
Erin Robinson
Erin is a Vice President at WG Consulting. She has 8 years of experience in the contingent workforce & labor management space specializing in Hospital and Healthcare Systems. Erin is recognized for her ability to provide clients with both operational and strategic support, including MSP program design and development, Vendor optimization, Vendor performance management, change management, policy design and more. Erin has held several roles throughout her experience in MSP space and has proven success with program management and leading teams.
KP Xiang
Roger Burks
Roger Burks is the Chairman and Founder of WG Consulting. Mr. Burks is a CPA with over 40 years of business experience, including over 20 years with Deloitte and 20 years of experience as a senior executive in various industries. Mr. Burks’ experience also includes serving on both Public and Private Boards, funding new ventures and founding two management consulting firms. In addition to WG, he serves as a Private Equity Board Observer and Board Advisor for various private companies. He is an Advisory Board Member of the NACD Tri-City Chapter, a recognized National Association of Corporate Directors Board Fellow, and a founding member of the Private Directors Association. He also received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Houston Chapter of CPAs in 2020.
Representative Experience
- Served as the Audit Partner on over thirty public companies. As Partner-in-Charge of Energy, he led significant projects for firm clients, including IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, transformations, financing, and strategy.
- Established the structure of CFO organizations and staffed the functional areas (Accounting, Treasury, IT, FP&A, Tax, HR).
- Led all aspects of a successful IPO. Including, Roadshow, pricing and closing.
- Led public debt financing offering and bank replacement financing.
- Managed all financial, accounting, treasury, and shareholder/investor relation aspects of a publicly held company and served on the Board of Directors.
- Led the implementation of internal control documentation and testing processes/procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Actively involved in systems diagnostics and operational integration to automate, streamline, and maximize cost reductions and savings opportunities.
- Led continuous close processes and financial transformations through automation.
- Led risk management programs, treasury management, 401k and stock option plans, employee health and benefit programs and addressing human resource issues.
- Coordinated teams of up to one hundred individuals on multiple engagement projects including internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley, financial reporting, energy risk management, acquisition due diligence, information systems consulting and special reporting.

- All applicable filings on Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as proxy statements, comfort letters and SEC comment responses associated with various filings.

Todd Rimmer
Todd Rimmer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WG Consulting, LLC and is a CPA with approximately 30 years of experience. His focus is providing Financial and Business Advisory Services for private, public, and private equity backed companies in the oil field service, manufacturing, energy trading and upstream areas. Prior to joining WG, Todd was the senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Valerus Compression Services. His responsibilities included domestic and international accounting, finance, treasury, tax, information technology, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Valerus, Todd was the senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Sequent Energy Management a wholly owned subsidiary of AGL Resources (currently Southern Company) involved in natural gas asset management and optimization, producer services, wholesale marketing and risk management activities. He was also with American Electric Power (AEP) in Columbus, Ohio where he served as the director of financial reporting and was responsible for the corporate level consolidation and internal/external reporting for AEP’s eleven public registrants, as well as all other regulatory and non-public filings. He began his career with Deloitte, where he achieved the level of senior manager and focused primarily on energy trading, oil field service, manufacturing, and independent power producer clients.

- Served as a strategic partner to the CEO, BOD and Private Equity owners.
- Represented entities in Audit Committee’s and Finance & Risk Management Committees of the BOD, full BOD meetings and quarterly earnings calls with lenders and investors.
- Served on Executive, Project Approval, SOX Steering, IT Governance, IPO Steering, Credit, Enterprise Risk Management and Disclosure Committees of various entities.
- Created/reorganized CFO organizations and staffed the functional areas (Accounting, Treasury, IT, FP&A, Tax).
- Drafted S-1’s and prepared for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for future IPO’s as well as represented companies on road shows.
- Strategic planning with a near-term and multi-year focus.
- Prepared and delivered data provided to analysts, investors, rating agencies and the SEC.
- Evaluated, modified, and created processes, policies, and controls at organizations in order to reduce manual journal entries, reduce/eliminate audit adjustments, increase the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting and shorten the close cycle.
- Reorganized ERP systems to report results and forecast by discrete product lines as well as detailed SG&A reporting.
- Replaced bridge loan financing with other capital sources (i.e. Mezzanine debt) and amended and extended ABL facilities.
- Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (internal and external), earnings, cash and capital forecasting and budgeting at the consolidated entity by product line, functional area, and location.
